Siam Laksa Paste ( Serves 4 )

Ingredients

  • 180g Siam Laksa Paste
  • 200g Mackerel or Canned Sardine
  • Sliced Pineapple
  • Laksa Noodles

Cooking Instruction

  1. Add 1 packet of Kantan Siam Laksa Paste into 500ml boiling water (2 cups). 将一包【简单暹罗叻沙即煮酱料】倒入500毫升滚水(两杯)的锅内
  2. Add in 100ml coconut milk & laksa noodle for 1 minute before adding in mackerel. 加入100毫升椰浆,叻沙面和配料,煮1-2分钟
  3. Garnish with sliced pineapple. 把凤梨摆设在⾯上,趁热⻝⽤
