
Assam Laksa Paste ( Serves 6 )
Ingredients
- 200g Assam Laksa Paste
- 200g Mackerel or Canned Sardine
- Sliced Pineapple
- Laksa Noodle
- Lettuce
- Cucumber
Cooking Instruction
- Add 1 packet of Kantan Assam Laksa Paste into 400ml boiling water (2cups).
- Add in laksa noodle for 1 minute before adding in mackerel.
- Garnish with sliced pineapple, lettuce & cucumber.
