Siam Laksa Paste ( Serves 4 )
Ingredients
- 180g Siam Laksa Paste
- 200g Mackerel or Canned Sardine
- Sliced Pineapple
- Laksa Noodles
Cooking Instruction
- Add 1 packet of Kantan Siam Laksa Paste into 500ml boiling water (2 cups). 将一包【简单暹罗叻沙即煮酱料】倒入500毫升滚水(两杯)的锅内
- Add in 100ml coconut milk & laksa noodle for 1 minute before adding in mackerel. 加入100毫升椰浆,叻沙面和配料,煮1-2分钟
- Garnish with sliced pineapple. 把凤梨摆设在⾯上,趁热⻝⽤
