Assam Prawns with Mixed Vegetables ( Serves 4 )

Ingredients

  • 180g Assam Pedas Paste
  • 700g Prawns
  • 4 Okras
  • 1 Tomato

Cooking Instruction

  1. Saute Kantan Assam Pedas Paste over medium heat. 将一包【简单阿叁即煮酱料】倒入锅内。
  2. Add 700g of prawns/squid, stir and mix well with Assam Pedas Paste until half cooked. 爆香后,加入700斤虾或墨鱼,炒至半熟。
  3. Add in 125ml water (1/2 cup), tomato and okra, bring to boil for 3 mins. Season to taste and serve hot. 加入 125毫升水(半杯水),番茄和秋葵,搅拌3分钟,趁热食用。
