Assam Laksa Paste ( Serves 6 )

Ingredients

  • 200g Assam Laksa Paste
  • 200g Mackerel or Canned Sardine
  • Sliced Pineapple
  • Laksa Noodle
  • Lettuce
  • Cucumber

Cooking Instruction

  1. Add 1 packet of Kantan Assam Laksa Paste into 400ml boiling water (2cups).
  2. Add in laksa noodle for 1 minute before adding in mackerel.
  3. Garnish with sliced pineapple, lettuce & cucumber.
