Mostly every Mamak restaurant serves this but cooking it yourself has never been easier.</p>
<p>Now, you don&#8217;t have to trouble yourself with sauteeing cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, and cloves because all you need is in this<strong> curry cooking paste. </strong></p>
<p>All you need is chicken, potatoes, and coconut milk to complete the dish and the occasional okra and eggplant to bring out more flavors of this already lip-smacking dish.</p>
<p>Although best served with a plate of rice, once you pair it with a hearty omelet and some stir-fried vegetables, the meal will become Truly Asia.</p>

<li>Add 250ml water (1 cup) and let it simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. 加入250毫升水（一杯）至开滚，盖下小火焖至15分钟。</li>
<li>Add in 100ml coconut milk and stir for another 1 minute. 加入100毫升椰浆，趁热食用。</li>

<li>Add 700g of meat, stir and mix well with cooking paste for 3 minutes. Add in 375 ml water (1 1/2 cup), let it simmer with lid closed for 1 hour, stir occasionally. 加入700斤羊肉，炒至3分钟。加入375毫升水（一杯半） 至开滚，盖下小火焖至一小时。</li>
<li>Pour in 100ml coconut milk. Season to taste and serve hot. 加入100毫升椰浆，趁热食用。</li>

<li>Add in 500g fish with desired vegetables (okra, brinjal, cabbage). Then, cover lid to simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. 加入500斤鱼肉和菜类（秋葵，茄子，包菜），然后盖锅焖至10分钟。</li>
<li>Add in 100ml coconut milk or evaporated milk. Season to taste and serve hot. 加入50毫升椰浆或低脂肪牛奶，搅拌2分钟， 趁热食用。</li>
